Your next customer is looking you up right now.
Most of them are on a phone, deciding in about eight seconds. I build the page they land on and the review system that gets them there — for local service businesses that do the work and don't have time for this part.
Illustration of a typical listing — not a real business
I checked every service business I could find within 15 miles.
Not a sales pitch — an actual audit. I pulled up each listing on a phone the way a customer would, and wrote down what was broken.
Every one of those is a customer who called somebody else instead. Usually the shop two miles further away with a better listing.
Two things, done properly.
I'm not an agency and I'm not going to sell you a marketing strategy. I build the two things that actually make a local business's phone ring.
Websites that load fast and get calls
One page or several, built by hand — no page-builder bloat. Your phone number is tappable from the second it loads.
- Under two seconds on a phone
- Click-to-call always on screen
- Quote form straight to your inbox
- Set up properly for Google search
- Photos of your actual work
Google review system
A tap card on your counter that opens your review page on a customer's phone. No app, no QR hunting, no typing.
- Programmed and locked to your business
- Counter stand or stick-on disc
- Goes straight to your review page
- Monthly report on taps and new reviews
- I can repoint it any time, you never rebuy
Missed-call and booking help
Most shops lose jobs to a phone nobody could get to. I'm building something for that — a way to catch the call you missed and get the customer booked anyway.
- Texts back callers you missed
- Answers the questions you get every day
- Books the appointment for you
- Coming for existing clients first
You'll know the number before I start.
Half up front, half when the site goes live. The monthly plan is optional and you can stop it whenever you want — I don't do contracts.
One strong page. Right for a barber, detailer, or anyone whose customers just need to call.
- Single-page site
- Click-to-call header
- Quote form to your email
- Google search setup
- 2 review cards included
- Live in about a week
A full site with separate pages for each service. Right for landscaping, pool, pressure washing, restaurants.
- Everything in Starter
- Up to 5 pages
- A page per service you offer
- Photo gallery of your work
- Full review system, 4 cards
- Google Business Profile cleaned up
- Monthly report: taps, reviews, calls
- Unlimited small edits
I come out and shoot your shop, then build the walkthrough. For businesses where the place itself is the sell.
- Everything in Standard
- On-site photo and video shoot
- Scroll-through walkthrough of your shop
- Unlimited pages
- Online booking
- Review system, 8 cards and stands
- Priority — same-day edits
Founding client rate: the first three businesses I build for get the Standard site for $699, in exchange for a review and permission to show the work here. I need the case studies more than I need the money right now. When the three are gone, they're gone.
Tap the card. Leave a review. Done.
Your happy customers aren't unwilling to review you — they're just never asked at the right moment. This asks at the counter, while they're still standing there.
-
1
You send me your review link
Takes you thirty seconds. I'll walk you through it.
-
2
I program and lock the cards
Locked permanently, so nobody can change where it goes. Tested on iPhone and Android before you get it.
-
3
It sits on your counter
Customer holds their phone near it, taps the banner, your review page opens. No app, no camera, no typing.
-
4
You get a report every month
How many taps, how many new reviews, where you sit against the other shops in town.
- 3 tap cards, or 2 counter stands
- Programmed, locked, and tested
- Backup QR for older phones
- Short link I manage for you
- Setup guide for your staff
Every card goes straight to your review page. I don't screen customers first — that's against Google's rules and it can get your listing pulled.
What you actually get.
Open any of these on your phone. That's the point — they're built for the phone first, because that's where your customers are.
About a week, and I need maybe an hour of your time.
We talk
Fifteen minutes, on the phone or at your shop. What you do, who calls you, what you want more of.
I build it
You send me photos and your hours. I do the rest and send you a link in a few days.
You tell me what's wrong
Two rounds of changes, included. Nothing goes live until you're happy with it.
It goes live
Site up, cards on the counter, listing cleaned up. Then you get a report every month.
The honest answers.
I already have a website. Do I need this?
Maybe not. Pull it up on your phone right now — if it loads fast and your number is tappable without pinching or scrolling, you're probably fine and I'll tell you so. If it takes six seconds and you have to zoom in to read it, that's costing you calls.
What happens if I stop the monthly plan?
The site stays yours and stays up. You lose the edits, the report, and the hosting — I'll help you move it somewhere else or you can pay hosting directly, about $15 a month. No cancellation fee, no notice period.
Do you own my domain and my site?
No. The domain goes in your name from day one, and the site files are yours. I'm not going to hold your business hostage — that's a common trick and it's the reason a lot of owners are wary of people like me.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is lying to you. What I can do is make sure your site is built correctly, your listing is complete, and you're getting steady new reviews — which is most of what actually moves you up in local results.
How do the review cards work on an iPhone?
The customer holds their phone near the card with the screen on. A banner slides down from the top, they tap it, your review page opens. Two taps total. Very old iPhones don't do this, which is why there's a backup QR code on the stand.
I'll look at your listing for free.
Send me your business name. I'll check how you show up on a phone, what's missing, and what it'd take to fix — and I'll send you that whether or not you hire me. Usually same night.
How payment and cancellation work.
Plain version, so there are no surprises on either side.
Payment
Website builds are quoted as a flat price before any work starts. Half is invoiced up front, half when the site goes live. Invoices are sent by email and can be paid by card or bank transfer.
Review system setups and card orders are paid in full at the time of order.
Monthly care plans are billed on the same date each month and start the day the site goes live.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before I've started building, the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel partway through, I refund the deposit minus the work already done, and you keep whatever has been built.
If the finished site isn't what we agreed on and I can't fix it, you get the deposit back and owe nothing further.
Care plans can be canceled any time with no fee and no notice period. Billing stops at the end of the current month and isn't prorated.
What you own
Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. The finished site files are yours, and I'll hand them over on request whether or not you're still a client.
Review cards route through a short link I maintain. If you stop working with me, I'll point that link wherever you want it or hand you the setup to run yourself.
